I like the plankton army. It reminds me of that episode where plankton invites his entire family over to steal the krabby patty formula. Also, every time you mentioned the corn army, it made me think of Warhammer Khorne lol The army I think would win though, is probably Darth Jar Jar's army, just because he himself is the most powerful being in the galaxy, and he still has some help.

I think a good army to make is some of those racers from the old phantom menace pod racing set, like Sebulba or the other racers (with their horrible designs). Edit: an example would be those ugly looking Gasgano's from the Episode I sets, you should do that Daley.

You should make an army, but instead of using minifigure torsos and legs, you should stack two 2x2s on top of each other, then add a 2x4 on top of that. Then, you could add a random head to complete the minifig.
