I just crossed the magic 1k subs and 4k watch hours a few weeks ago. I know exactly how it feels to lose your revolving watch hours, but all it takes is one good video to turn it around. Hopefully, this is yours! Mine was a temu fishing gear review ironically 😅. Not sure how bad ticks and spiders are over there in your woods, but I've found that by turning my hood inside out them tucking it under my collar gets it off my ears and out of the way yet won't pick up the stray bug or twig

Basically, teaching them to light fires without matches or lighters as well as cooking tasty chef food on an open fire. Really looking forward to this as it's helping people in need. 🙂

Just to confirm, I didn't get flack, it just became a lot of pressure to fit the reviews in their time frames so I took advice from Ben and set up a letter that I also send to companies when they ask to review gear so it's on my terms and time frames. Plus, I only review gear that's relevant to the channel genre. Not patio sets or e bikes. 😂

Loved the Tarp adventure and chinwag Mick! I have bought the DD 4x4m Coyote tarp (I also have the 3x3m silver tarp I used on my last video adventure) and gonna practice with it. In the summer I don't want to be in a tent, missing all the views. I like to be in areas where it is swampy, rivers which of course on a dry still day, is going to be full of Mosquitos and because of the amount of Co2 in my bloodstream I get bit to death by Mosquitoes. So I have purchased the Lifesystems GeoNet Self standing, to work with a tarp. Been a subscriber with @DaleyOutdoors for a long while, love him (not that type of love, steady on............ rugby an all that). As for those firms who would like to throw gear at me for a review, I'm not fussy, for instance I like to start off with a 5 year honest review of the Bentley Continental GTC Speed Huntsman 6.0 2dr 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 A necessary bit of kit to transport my backpacking gear to and from a wild camp! As for Giant hogweed and the difference from Cow Parsley: Both cow parsip and giant hogweed have white flowers arranged in umbrella-like clusters called umbels, but the differ significantly in size. Cow parsnip resembles giant hogweed but is much smaller, lacks the red spots on the stems, and is far less dangerous.
