Dalgona Butter 🧈
▶ ingredient
100g sugar, 30g starch syrup, 7g baking soda, 450g 🧈 unsalted butter
1) 🧈 Keep the butter at room temperature, remove the bowl, put sugar and starch syrup in a pan and mix gently.
2) You can put it on a medicinal fire and boil it without mixing as much as possible, but you can stir it when all the sugar has melted and the caramel color starts to appear.
3) Reduce the heat completely and add baking soda or food soda and mix quickly.
4) When the soda is completely mixed, pour it on a paper foil, harden it firmly, put it in a zipper bag and grind it finely.
5) Loosen the butter that has been left at room temperature 🧈, add finely dalgona and mix.
6) Grasp the shape using a silicone mold or paper foil, and put it in a refrigerator or freezer to harden it.
7) Cut it into a long shape, cut it into a size that is easy to eat, harden it in a silicone mold, and then separate it from the mold.
