I have completed my bachelor in civil Engineering with cgpa 3.85 ( out of 4.00) in percentages scale it’s become 96.25%. Now I am taking preparation for IELTS for applying 2024 fall intake. I want to pursue my Masters (Civil and Environmental Engineering) in thesis based course. May I get the offer letter from this University??
