Reservation has drawn a very dark line among casts.. I am not interested in caste of any person but than the other person says he has reservation and by default my mind reminds me of caste.. throw away reservations and by our 2nd or 3rd generations even caste will vanish

Only problem I have with that dalit capitalism is that it draws inspiration from "black capitalism" instead of Marwadi/gujju/Bora/chetti/komti/reddi/chettiyar capitalism - home grown in India for a 1000 yrs!! . Govt needs to support all capitalists/MSMEs to establish their business with seed capital but why should there be exclusive "dalit" policies? Isn't this discriminating other caste MSME entrepreneurs? While this may be a welcome change instead of handout economics, every caste will start asking for their exclusive policy purchase

This point is not very viable. The governance model we currently use is democracy, which was pioneered by the "West". So "black capitalism" won't be the first model we've absorbed from them. And the other jatis you've mentioned are historically privileged groups. So what works for them, might not work for others coming from a different socio-economic context. While I see nothing wrong with having privilege (it's human nature to seek to attain & retain it), if we are to make nationalism work, we must level the playing field by govt support to these historically under-privileged groups. Once we've reached economic & knowledge parity with the "Western" nations, we'll naturally pioneer our own models to address new challenges, never faced by the species before. Reinventing the wheel on the other hand, will be a waste of time, effort & national will.

@@jojobabok9373 Don't agree with u dismissing success of trading jatis of India as merely priveleiged groups. Models these jatis have pioneered are unique to India and could be replicated by any other. Being "priveleiged" does give access to higher capital, credit and networks, but any other jati can replicate this model by simply pooling in greater nos of resources and being closely knit. We don't need to copy paste western models when we have well evolved Indian model. As for ur point on Democracy, we have evolved a very different model of democracy itself unique to us - even though it's lifted from many western ideas. If any Democracy has empowered and not shackled the under-privileged.

Until the Babus are completely overhauled from (IAS to the lower division clerk)- they have the capacity to sabotage progress. The elimination of corruption and accountability has to be the highest priority of any progressive government. If the job tenure is to be renewed every 5 years depending on performance, people can be expected to be more productive oriented

Shall we debate hindu caste? Let us take a big organization of people, any software company, maruti and indian Army as examples. Brahmin, the controller, is at the apex of pyramid. Say CEO of software or CEO of maruti or the brigadier in indian army. The people at the apex have absolute Control. Kshatriya, are the people who protect the organization or nation from external threats. In software it is protection of client data like disabling all usb ports in the organization. Ban of all data drives among employees, strict monitoring of mails, this may be the officer scheduling patrol in Airforce Or bsf platoons armed to the teeth in border area Vaishya, the business / marketing divisions of all software companies. These are people who get the 25 million $ yearly contracts to the software companies. In the army, it is the high ranking officer set who set procurement standards for aircraft s, submarines or battle tanks. Shudra is the bottom of the pyramid who earns money for the company, he is the software engineer or the salesman in maruti showroom Or the army soldier who stands a post
