I used to live in Killiney, 1979-80. Churchview Avenue, about one mile from the obelisk on Killiney Hill. Such a beautiful area, Dalkey, Sandycove, Dun Laoghaire. I went to school at CBC Monkstown.

Milo O'Shea lived at 44 Vico Road. I used to visit there, every weekend for about a year. What a beautiful scene. Some say it looks like the Bay of Naples.

It is known as the bay of naples... All the roads around there have Italian names The Vico Road Sorrento Road Nerano Road. I was born near Colimore harbour, then my family moved up to Dalkey Hill when I was just one... So beautiful....

Ah home. I lived my whole childhood at the back of the hill there, can't begin to guess the number of times I walked the1 dogs to the top, must be near two thousand. The view was different every day.
