the bing image create has Dalle-3 with 100 tokens per day, but you can still generate images when you don't have tokens. the tokens are just "fast generate" tokens. The time to wait was the exact same with and without tokens until this chatGPT access to Dalle-3 came out.

GPT-4 always asks which image I like most. I asked if it was using RLHF and it said: "I don't have the capability to use real-time feedback for immediate improvements. However, user feedback helps OpenAI in refining and improving models over time. RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) is a method used by OpenAI for training models, but the feedback process is not real-time and involves more structured data collection and retraining procedures." I don't actually trust GPT-4 to say how it was trained, but since it always asks which image I like, I really do think they're planning to use the data. So the pictures are really good and probably going to get better thanks to all the people who answer the question. It can't seem to "see" the photos to discuss them the way the App can discuss photos.

Thank you for this video. I am using Bing image generator and they have implemented DallE-3 for sure in the Bing. I have tested one same prompt I wrote in midjourney, and i got really wow images in Bing. But I didn't know to change the aspect ratio there. Thanks to your video, I will try to write the "Wide" resolutions, to see if my images are not still square shapes.

I am very curious if you'll be able to use DALL-E and Vision together in a kind of feedback loop, where ChatGPT can prompt DALL-E, and then use the Vision model to see what it has created, and then tweak the prompting to improve the images in several rounds...

I think they are natively doing that within Dall-E 3. I've been blown away and wondering how they accomplished such incredible and cohesive art. My hypothesis is they have some other AI system that looks at the art as it's generating and says "No, go this way. Change that."

Already been trying that with the bing dalle 3 images and its great. It can see the image in chatgpt after a prompt and then revise the prompt and try again or change it. Cant wait for the built in one.

Sorely missing: inpainting/ outpainting. Image-to-image can be emulated through the vision/generation feedback loop - to a limited extent. The old adage continues to hold true: one image prompt is worth a thousand words-long text prompt.

These things have been technically working (+/-) for a while before we start hearing about limited access coming soon for anyone - all of OpenAI’s released models. They presumably have reasons for structuring releases as they do..I don’t know specifically how that applies in this case, but I imagine it does. I also want access to everything ASAP. That detail about seeds is interesting. Does that mean we can make an original character and then get that character to re-appear the same way multiple times? I really don't care at all about using copyrighted characters or trying to make it do lewd stuff. But if I can get it to illustrate a book and make the characters appear consistent between images, that would be, quite literally, a dream come true.

I'm doing exactly this, but with set of description and prompt writing instructions to create detailed prompts. You have to roll the dice some but it's not necessary to reuse the same seed - but it does seem to work. I tried describing where I put my workflow but even the was blocked. On Matt's server though in the best of dalle3 thread in the main dalle3 channel you can find it

Why does nobody talk about how Bing Chat can already generate images like CHATGPT?

Downside of bing create is just that it only can create images in 1:1 aspect ratio. Other than that it's really great

@@ErfolgsCoachAI Maybe they could add more aspect ratios if demand is high enough or even custom ones. It's Microsoft so we can't be sure, but it could always be possible. On the other hand, I can't seem to access my older works which sucks. They seemingly removed that functionality from UI but I do recall it being there before. Hope they bring that back because I had to use browser history to get my old generations back.

BTW, that "Would you like to give it a try" right after you just gave it a try, pretty much nails it: No need to ask you to check if they still reset every prompt anymore. They do. So.. Good thing that I have a local small model and a local diffusion model on my PC (running on Gentoo so that I can hibernate). I'll just keep them.

I noticed on Bing image generation that you can’t use the images for commercial use. Is that different for chat GPT?

No access to DALL-E yet, and it looks like the form is no more. Currently using MJ, and the feature I use the most is Vary Region with Remix enabled, here I can create countless, subtle variations in only selected areas of an image, without changing the whole image. Is DALL-E going to do this through just text prompts "Use this exact image, but put a baseball cap on the person on the right" or "Change their shirt to blue". The nice thing with MJ is that I can select the exact thing I want to change and it does a great job changing only that (sometimes not so great if you want to change say a color of a shirt and miss selecting part of the shirt). Very curious how DALL-E will work with this.

To clarify whether the seed really was what it said, maybe you could try generating the same image, with the same prompt etc on a new conversation, and ask it to use that seed, and if the result is different, ask it what seed was actually used?

Is it possible to force ChatGPT to feed a specific prompt to DALL-E 3? I don't want ChatGPT writing my prompts. I want to use my own prompts. You spoke about something in "custom" but it fly by so fast and even going back and forth I couldn't make sense of it. Excellent video!

I think your a great guy and I love your videos. Your parents did a great job raising such a great son. Your understanding and patient with beginners. I agree with you the censorship it's gone too far with these ai models. I am working on a story about 2 highschool students. One is blonde the other redhead. When I told chatgpt to create this "ginger" character it refused. I feel they are trying to force their beliefs on everyone. They created the ai therefore we must all conform to their beliefs. I was so excited when I first learned that Dalle 3 would be incorporated into ChatGPT. However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment as I delved into its capabilities. Despite my numerous attempts to coax it into generating complete character illustrations, all it seemed to produce were images of characters with their bodies abruptly cut off at the waist. I eventually threw in the towel in sheer frustration. It's disheartening that a seemingly straightforward task turned out to be such a challenge. The hype surrounding Dalle 3's potential has left me underwhelmed and quite exasperated.

This is user error. You can ask it to generate in portrait ratio. Slap 'fullbody' in your prompt.

😕 User error bro! I've used every combination of fullbody, length, wholebody, add legs, feet, etc and 9xs out of 10 only 1 of the 4 images is just ok. I know over time it will improved, but many YT's were hyping it to be the 1oth coming. It can barely spell and forget about getting true repeat characters. Its just disappointing is all@@hobologna

I'm trying to use it, but since it was updated yesterday, basically every time I click to use it, the app closes and informs me that I should clear the cache, the problem is happening with my cell phone and tablet, both from Samsung. Did anyone notice last night for Bing DallE3 a long outage. Here in Australia it was down all night. Made be poanic we may lose it, but its back today. What i did notice is old promts i cut n past are too long now. So think they shortened the character count you can enter. Just a strange little tweak. And one you may not notice except your old long promts if u try to use, lose the last bit of them. Its question for discord i know, but im lazy and uninstalled discord ages ago.....

If you can a weird error in alpha that it won't generate your images and you can't figure out why, if you have BING create session open, close it. Then they'll generate.
