DALL-E Outpainting Tutorial

This is crazy. I use Midjourney and had just this in mind. Time to try Dalle. I kind of wish you could zoom in and do something similar.

I prefer Midjourney, but this is a really great editing tool. A lot of people are taking images from Midjourney and editing them in DALL-E. It's worth a try!

hey man, amazing! what input if i want the same image i upload, but bigger? because, i have a twitter banner made, and i want to use it as a landing page. so i want to expand that banner. thanks!

if you want to expand the image with similar qualities you would just describe the elements of the image as you outpaint new sections to the image. I'm not sure if that helps. Let me know if that's what you were asking for.

does the mobile app have the out cropping feature?

Outpainting is not currently available on mobile (as of 10-06-2022) - but the standard AI editor is available

@@StephenCoorlas When I click the link in your description a page with some empty text fields on the right shows for a SPLIT second and then it's a bunch of cartoon dogs with some text that says INVITE REQUIRED.

Don't waste ur money guys just use stable diffusion, this guy's is clearly being paid by dall e to advertise

Definitely not being paid. I think OpenAI has better options with bigger influencers to advertise their product. Are you talking about the release of Stable Diffusion that you can load on your PC or Mac? I didn’t know they have an Outpainting tool like this.

I agree with the paywall being super lame. I equate AI and neural nets to science, ya know what I mean? It should be accessible to all.

@@bylefjild I didn't think so. I understand this can be pricey, but Photoshop is costly too for a yearly subscription. As a tool for this specific purposes, I didn't think the cost was too expense for professional use.
