What makes DDP yoga special for me? I have a history of ankle sprains because of high school sports and my job. I did the first few routines of beginner beginner and wake up and I felt the pain in my right ankle decrease. It's not all the way gone but it's tolerable now.

I feel her loss and her growth! I believe you and your team, with faith and courage can keep doing the work to bring us hope. We heal one step at a time, one move at a time, one breath at a time. You can really see that he cares and wants to help people. I didn't get the feeling that he's just reading another sad story. He is really empathizing with this lady (and the people that he helps). I think THAT is the special about DDP Yoga. It's not the program. It's not the diet. Although they are the tools, it's the spirit behind DDP Yoga that people really connect with.

Thank for what you and your team are doing. I just started, this is my second week and I am down 2 lbs and my clothes are fitting better already. More important I have a huge life goal, and these workouts are tough, and proving to me I can do hard things. So when I have built my facility to house, educate and protect kids rescued from sex trafficking know you will have played a huge part.

Hi Grant. Sorry for the long delay - I wasn't reading these comments before. I met DDP at the retreat in July 2018 and he was just as authentic and kind as you might expect. Everyone at the retreat welcomed me and I was really glad to have gone. Since then I've updated Dallas on my progress a couple times each year, and now I've lost 160lbs and even found love again! Life is amazing.

This really hits hard lost my 1st wife of 15yrs we where grade school sweethearts and when she died I died that day inside everything I loved to do went with her I'm a former Wrestler myself lol and it really did I had gastric sleeve surgery and lost alot of weight but stopped losing because stress got me now I'm losing weight again and want to better myself I Have a crazy story lol I'm going to try the beginners stuff on KZbin wish I could get the DVDs but really can't afford them on my limited budget thank you for hope I know you will never see this DDP but you were an inspiration to me in my wrestling training have a great year and Godbless you bro!
