Great videos, love your content. CrossFit is a highly demanding strength, endurance, and gymnastics recovery sport, but it is not fitness. Today's Games athletes are talented, dedicated, and focused. Without performance enhancing drugs they would not be able to compete in today's Games' culture. Enduring bone crushing, immune system depleting workouts is not fitness. Doing repetitive Olympic weightlifting workouts, dangerous high volume gymnastics movements, and heavy weight lifting movements is not fitness and should stopped being marketed as such. Unfortunately, despite all of the efforts to minimize the dangers of CrossFit games training, the drugs and excessive programming will produce lifelong negative consequences. It's time for the CrossFit organization to begin to examine the long term impact on athletes, give athletes shared governance and profit sharing, and put the athletes health before profits.
