After watching Stephens tonight I’m now even more convinced that Schoonmaker was a wasted pick. Not saying he’s not good. But we’ve got a good TE room without him and could’ve used that pick on the Oline. Deuce should be pushing for RB2 by the end of camp. Overshown looked phenomenal and should be LB3, Clark looked lights out too. Dowdle looks good if he can hold onto the ball.

Duece had an outside lane on the Kick return too so lighten up on Turpin. I’ll tell you what, our players need to focus on blocking on returns instead of looking around a the ball carrier and we’ll have those TDs on the returns. Everybody wanna witness greatness instead of being apart of it. If they focus on securing those blocks the guys with the ball will find the lanes. There were atleast 5 returns last year were the blockers fucked it up

Here is the thing about Dak, he plays for the team in the NFL with largest fan base. WIth that huge fan base comes a bunch of uninformed fans. Those fans buy everything ESPN and FS1 sell. It also comes with a bunch of young fans, that watch all that crap and comment on your channel. Dak is a top QB in the NFL. There is Mahomes and other QBs, Dak is as good as the rest. HIs stats over the last 5 yrs are as good as anyones not named Mahomes.

@@RYN93F I think the same goes for all those guys in the tier below Mahomes. How well each of those QB's play and where they would rank on the list is largely dependant on the quality of the players surrounding them. So last year Dak was lakcing O'line and receivers and he was more of a top 10 guy than top 5 guy. Josh Allen was lacking some talent around him and probably similar to Dak in ratings. This year both could be top 5 guys if the talent is right. The teir below Mahomes is fungilble and really depends more n the team where the QB ranks than the QBs talent as they are all very close. Burrow might be the next best QB but its not much of a gap between him and the rest.

Drafting Schoonmaker will haunt this team for the foreseeable future. This guy has bust written all over him. The team had an undeniable need for an OG, even before Martin's shenanigans. It is obvious that the decision to release Martin next year has been already taken long time ago. That's why he is holding out. Instead of picking a true need for now and the immediate future, the team went and drafted an often-injured TE. Next year, we will also need to draft an OT, maybe an OC and for sure another OG. Not to mention a QB. There is definitely something "fishy" here. Go figure!!
