As a seasoned producer myself I must say this is awesome. I have a million times while sitting an producing new tracks for labels thought about "Hey......The Dallas TV Theme Song it has such a great melody..........reminder: must do a new and polished version of that song when finished here"

MEGA WOOWWWW, JULIAN!!!!!!! DALLAS!!!!! A super classic of American TV series with a memorable theme... how many memories!!! What a GREAT job you did on this :O I can only imagine how many times you had to listen to the various instruments to break down sounds/effects/chords etc. and figure out how to recreate them!! The themed video editing is fantastic and fun (I love cats and yours is particularly beautiful and affectionate :D) Really congratulations my dear friend, also for your determination and patience to create a project of this type... Kosmusic between you and Julian, you were both the inspiration for me getting back into music after so many years without. Your covers are also brilliant as well as the video editing, a particular favourite of mine has to be CHiPs. I doubt I'll ever reach the level you two are at but I do it for me and it makes me happy. Hello. very cool video. Do you happen to have the file for the "Dallas" intro? So that's what I mean with the black lines.

Sorry, I don't keep the video project files once I've exported the final version. To recreate the Dallas frame I just made a 16:9 aspect .png file in photoshop with the black lines on a transparent background, brought that into Final Cut and masked the video files to line up with those lines.

@@alfredknodler540 thanks 👍. I just created the borders in Photoshop and saved as a .PNG file with a transparent background. Then created 3 masks in Final Cut to those borders, and added 3 layers of video footage. For the 'moving frames' I just key framed the masks. It took a little figuring out at first, it wasn't that complicated to do. 🙂
