a tip for the kale: put some garlic on a pan wit olive oil and when it is kinda gold put the kale (I prefer when it's cut in fine strings) until turns soft and add salt, for me this is the best way to eat kale is really good

I never liked raw kale but I find myself loving it more when I massage (with my clean hands) the dressing into the kale leaves to get it evenly coated. You can try that to see if you like it more.

Great video! But DON'T drink your athletic greens and coffee together! Caffeine keeps the vitamins from getting absorbed into your body, so you are basically not getting anything but expensive pee right now. It's on their website, you can check it out!
