The audience was ready to giggle and take more lightly things that Dallas was not joking about. He says it in a way that makes it seems comical that we could misunderstand some of these truths of the scripture, but really it is quite somber when someone misunderstands…

I have listened to quite a few of Dallas Willard's talks now, and I feel in this very short talk he seems to have distilled the wisdom he gained during his life into a concise, considered, and pithy challenge to consider again what it means to enter kingdom life, and then to operate from that life.
