WOW! This is a great house. I love the layout. Perfect garage for my video production business. No HOA too! It amazes me that people can spend one million dollars on a house in this economy. The pluses are the size of the garage with the extra storage room and the 28' back patio. The only downside is I didn't see anywhere for guests to park and the floor in the first bathroom (everyone's taste are different). I really enjoy your videos.

If you look at house plan websites these are very common. So I guess that means they are popular and in demand. My wording would be a dime a dozen. It just seems very "not unique or assembly line" (also white everywhere ugh). The bedroom directly off the living room would works well for a nanny or a live in nurse but not for kids. If you have a hobby it is going to an outside one that you store stuff in the garage. That 4th bedroom would make a great craft/hobby room. Just not for me I guess, unless of course I was the in-law. Then it would be wonderful.

Nice house, but too many windows. High vaulted ceilings, which would make it too hard to change our light bulbs when needed. The windows need to be double insulated and have have blinds in between them. I would have lots of shade trees front and back, and a high stone wall for privacy. I would also have the patio enclosed so that I could sit out there even in bad weather. The garage would have to be insulated.

Vaulted ceilings make it hard to heat or cool a house. The rooms seem porportionately small to the size of the house. I would prefer to have soaker tub plush with the wall not sticking out. I don't like having to cut thru a bathroom or laundry room to get to closet. In general, nice house though.

It's not completely staged if you don't have for example washer and dryer in it or one of the locks on the doors. And the side of the house with the garage is is way too close to the neighbors

Garage is the same size as the house I live in now so that’s a plus. Nook to the right at the front door is wasted space. Flooring in laundry is hideous. Sliding doors in hallway at office make it feel cramped. Flooring in all the baths are hideous and why is the tub jutting out in the room in the first bath, should be turned against the wall, but you would lose access to the right side cabinets. Not a fan of the open shelves for closet storage, take out most of them and put in drawers. Kitchen doesn’t feel like it’s very well laid out. Seems too far spread out.

The soaking tub has been placed so you can enjoy the view while soaking…. However it would definitely drive me crazy having it facing that way. 😂

There is no way possible that was a 1200 sq ft garage. I know someone who has 1200 sq ft garage and they can get 6 vehicles in it. There no way you are getting six vehicles that small space!!!!!!
