History of this world:
This survival series started on July 10th 2014 on the MCPE (Minecraft Pocket Edition) App. I had quite a few MCPE videos before this series that I recorded and edited on the iPod 4th Generation. When I finally upgraded to the iPhone 5, this was when I wanted to start a Minecraft series that will last forever! I started this series on the iPhone 5 and eventually upgraded again to the iPhone 6 Plus for more power on Ep.66. MCPE on the iPhone 6 Plus served me well for a long time until the game started updating more and became even slower. This was until I bought myself a gaming laptop (Lenovo Y700) and transferred my ongoing MCPE world to Windows 10 Edition on Ep.154. Till this day, we are still surviving and thriving with builds in this world and plan to do so far into the future!

It would be cool (lore wise) to make this island super defensible. Like something chased you out here and you’re preparing for when/if they find you. Things like walls, cannons facing into the water, watch towers, hidden bunkers, etc. I love that you’ve taken a chance and started some place new in your world for now! Would be cool to see this go on a few months.

When a warden spawns it plays the animation of it coming out of the ground, the animation lasts for about 5-6 seconds before its AI becomes active. While the animation is playing you can use those seconds to RUN and then crouch when you count to maybe 5 or 4 just to be safe. If it sniffs you, you can move further away so it doesn't and then you can wait for it to go away, usually 2-4 minutes. Don't worry about triggering shriekers as the warden is spawning. Only one warden can spawn at a time in a certain large area. I do this all the time in my survival world, tested and true.

Love this series and the new start. I hope you stay on the island for a while and entirely conquer it. Maybe until you've unlocked all the items you don't have back home, like the new disk and the piglin head? Also I love seeing comments by people who've just started watching. It's a build I usually do in terraria, it's a fisherman's hut with a big crane that would be used to pull wares from boats of fish up giant fishes

Man I am loving this "New" series!!! I love the bamboo buildings! 1st time I've seen someone really use it as a main block and its really great!! I also really like the different docks idea,,, maybe you make it seem like each dock is where the different wood types are imported from... ie. Dark oak is "delivered to the dark oak dock.... Just an idea! Again, great video!

About the shield only blocking when crouching in bedrock, I think is because things like console or mobile would need some extra button or to use another button just for this (and similar things) to be able to do that. I see what you mean though, but that aside, this is a great series (both these vids and the entire lets play) with a massive island like that, great work :)

I was thinking you should make a beach like most castaway islands, but then again the island you are settled in is not very tropical. You should have little imaginary friends, like a carved pumpkin, an observer, chiseled blocks, etc.

You’ve inspired me to do this same thing, moving away to an island. While there I found a ruined portal in a cave, initially from the underside. The netherrack kinda looked like tendrils from underneath. Maybe you could do the same when you make your portal on that island (make it look like it was stumbled upon and slowly spreading, kinda like that one section you cleaned up in the lab but in the wilderness instead)

hey dallas, when building docks you could use darkwood fences for when the fence is underwater and spruce when its over the water level so it looks like its wet

This is just a opinion but I think you should use oak trap doors instead of bamboo trap doors. Because bamboo looks to nice to be some thing quickly put together, but oak doesn’t have a very complicated design
