Outback one of the most expensive because figure is inspired by Chuck Norris... really. 1980's action star. Although Outback never made an appearance in the Sunbow cartoons 1982 to 1989. Best years 1982 to 1986. 1990's has Tunnel Rat (based on Larry Hama) and Big Ben which fit more in the 1980's military color scheme
