DALY Bluetooth -- Smart BMS APP

WARNING!! I have had trouble with this software. The iOS version from Apple will not let you change the name of the device. The Android version is the same. The firmware upgrade option failed for me and the BMS died (bricked!!) I have been sent a standalone app and firmware package by DALY. This has fixed the issue (DE-Bricked) Thank you DALY.

i am sorry to bring you a bad experience. The past BT module 2.0 is not allowed to change the name of the device and upgrade the program.You can send email to [e-mail] for recovering the past firmware version.

Hello using V 2.5.2 it is not possible to change Bluetooth-ID to a name ( shown in video ) it is not possible to change communication RS485 and Manufactor ( eq. Victronenergy ) both drop down content is light gray ? - is there a problem with BMS-Version or maybe firmware ? is ther a discription how to setup 2 parallel bms ( maybe pdf ) thx for your help lg from austria

no,there is only one UART port.But you can connect to the touchscreen by RS485 port

it is not about updating version,but kindly you have to repalce the old bluetooth with the latest bluetooth module.

How is your experience with 3 x 16 cells? Are all the DALY BMS the same type/age? Do you have the additional DALY hardware for balancing between battery banks?

I use 3xpacks of 16x280ah, 43kwh. Self made. All the same type, age. The daly bms the same type 250a 16s with active balancer and parallel module. The parallel module is not tested by me.
