I am not one for conspiracy theories but I seriously believe Putin is either no longer capable of functioning or is not alive. Many of the things he in on video doing is out of character for him. It also explains many other things, like why it took so long for him to appear and speak before the Russian people. They had to find a double and coaching up on short notice. Also could explain why Prigozhin could not reach him. Why there are so many contradictory statements coming from what is supposed to be the Russian leadership, that is, if they comment at all. I don’t think anyone is firmly in charge. We may only find out months or years down the road how bad things really are now.
