Damage formation how to build and gear to look for LOTR RISE TO WAR 2.0

The formation I’ve settled on after trial and error and based around commander respect and viability. 2 physical damage dealers, one elemental damage dealer, and one support. Also how to make it so it can be switched to a second formation.
