How do you stumble onto small creators like that? I got this recommended, I presume, just because I watch a lot of tutorials and guides on Warframe. Is it the same for a content creator such as yourself? If so, how often do you just generally browse for another creators videos? Really interested how other big creators come around small videos like this

This is the type of tutorial I like. Precice and to the point, but had all the needed info. No need to chew everything 15 times, I'll just rewartch parts I don't get again. But I would say, if you want to continue this series (and I hope you do), it's crucial to add a filter to your microphone to isolate all of the usual speaking sounds that aren't psrt of your voice.

You always learn something new, I thought physical mods only altered the percentage balance of physical elements. I'm always glad to discover the errors in my knowledge.

Short, quick to understand, go straight into the point. I like this video, subcribed. Thank you for the explanation, I've struggled with the modding so this really helped.

Arcanes/ Rivens are the biggest culprits of what confuses people. Like if you run primary merciless then you get base damage and dont need a mod for it ( in most cases)
@sphilticL-74 күн бұрын
That’s interesting. I wonder how you get enough kills with a weapon that hasn’t received its base damage multiplier yet to get its base damage multiplier without using another outside source. There is definitely efficacy to something like blade charger though. I’ve never considered replacing the damage mod entirely with an arcane. I suppose if there’s another stat that somehow matters even more that you don’t have room for otherwise.

@@sphilticL-7 When you use Merciless\Deadhead you need a decent weapon base to not use Serration\Hornet Strike\Point Blank. With Meciles it's about killing trash like Butchers or smth untill you at least have at least 5-6 kills with primary(for shotguns depends on Prime point blank or not) and 8-9 kills with Secondary. With Deadhead you need one headshot kill to boost you to adequate damage level. It can take time, for some weapons it's just not working in case of overall lower damage values even after modding. But for secondary I prefer Secondary Flare because it's easier to maintain it and you can always use primer companion like Sentinel with Verglas or just Diriga to get it to 100% uptime.

@@blacksunserpent Cascadia flare is a very fun arcane to have. I fitted Loki with ember's third to replace loki's fourth and it works spectacularly well.

@@sphilticL-7 A great way to stack it up quickly is madurai void strike. It's additive to damage% but since there is no base damage without an arcane in those types of builds, it's a great way to build up those initial stacks.

Great work! I’ve introduced like 4-5 new players to warframe, and modding has always been the hardest to explain. Having a resource like this is great!

One of the best tutorial videos I've watched. Can you make a video about the element mods? Their synergies, effects, etc.

very nice. The only thing i will disagree with is putting fire rate in the QOL section. In most cases fire rate acts as another level of multiplication, creating significant DPS increases.
@sphilticL-77 күн бұрын
Yea that makes sense. The reason I hesitate is because first I think of arcanes or warframe abilities that can substitute fire rate increase and maintain full modded damage output and second is because some enemies (only eidolons iirc) take a set damage reduction amount for every hit which massively diminishes damage for multishot and fire rate dependant weapons. As for early game, higher fire rate will definitely increase your dps. I just like to idealize higher damage per shot than damage per second.

There's an easier formula always: 1. Use primer gun or companion with f-ton of different status and great status chance - damage here is not important. 2. Equip Condition overload\Galvanized mod for Status\Damage on Status Effect on kill to your main weapon and different status effects then on your primer. 3. Shoot\Attack it few times until you you proc every unique status that you got on it. 4. Equip your main weapon that has different status effects then your primer (if melee attack outright, if ranged you need to stack the arcane or get at least one kill to activate galvanized mod) 5. Now you deal damage from great to insane that depends on other things you have on your build. (this guide is a joke, almost)
@sphilticL-72 күн бұрын
owie I was under the assumption most beginners didn’t have a set of high rank galvanized mods, suitably upgraded arcanes, and condition overload. I don’t know if I would tell my friend to use a specific attack formula that involves application of a strategy that maximizes damage output for steel path levels using expensive and endgame mods before they’ve fought their first level 40 or even figured out how their abilities work together or trained their aim and combo skills. This is a novice guide after all. I suppose you could donate all your mods and arcanes to them and train them to do just this instead. That being said, thank you for watching up to that point. I’m sorry you didn’t find it of any worth.
