this is actually the more accurate & realistic proportioned body. you can see in the video the Blade body has the shoulder way too low compare to where the neck starts and no real human has square looking chest muscle. the netflix DD should've been on this body as well.

@@FrankW1029 I see what you mean. It does look very nice and I'm glad I have it pre-ordered. Though they could have given him double joints, they have it on Homecoming Spiderman, why can't this type of body have one too. That's why I said Mezco is too lazy, they could have updated this body type.

This is probably one of the most frustrating figure releases ever. Because it looks so good, the headsculpts are spot on imo, and I love the outfit. But then they put a major flaw in and put sinlge jointed elbows (Which I'm guessing is why he didn't come with more two handed guns). It could've been an almost perfect figure.

I’m late on this vid but wow am I excited to pick this figure up. Although the single jointed elbows are disappointing, I’m glad in a way because I feel like it kept this figure from raising to a crazy price point and let’s be honest, this figure looks AMAZING, it’s a mini hot toy lmao, if u can get over the articulation, probably the best quality figure at the price it’s being sold on amazon, great review btw brother!

Thanks for the review, makes me feel good that I kept my pre-order. Shame they keep using those dumb single-joint elbows though. For few characters it makes sense but for like 95% all other figures that are fully covered in cloth, double-joints make the most sense. Mezco are really coming off as cheap with all this re-use.

Excellent review as always, D. Much like everyone else, my only gripe is the single elbows. I understand the decision to use those arms when they're going to be exposed (even then, I don't mind sacrificing perfectly clean sculpt in favor of articulation) but for a figure like this, he's always going to have his arms covered up. I mean, he's got a decent amount of accessories, but I've seen them come with more and still maintain double elbows

I just ordered this punisher and the marvel legends one. But dude. That diorama is amazing. Did you build it yourself ? And if you did. You should do some of those videos. How did you do that door to look so good. That has to be 3d printed

The restricted articulation in the torso with the vest is realistic, though, so you can't really complain. if you're wearing a vest like that in real life, you're not going to be moving at the torso like you could if you weren't wearing it. sometimes figure reviewers, and action figure enthusiasts in general, forget the idea of realism and just think every character needs to move all types of crazy ways, when it's not always necessary. There's no excuse for the single-jointed elbows... that's ridiculous... but the torso is totally understandable.
