They won't sue Jaguar because that would force both parties to go into something called "discovery" meaning both parties have to provide to the courts their evidence proving that the claims they made about the other party was indeed factual. This is where it gets tricky because you never know what evidence the other party may be holding against you until its provided to the courts. Guilty people don't want to play with discovery. Jay Z plays a major part in Damon's history and business and I am so glad he is talking and speaking up for himself. Stay blessed.
