Ewarton Charlton I wanna propose a question to you bro. I’m a huge Jay Z fan from an artist standpoint. But when has Jay ever dropped gems as deep and as intense and as in depth as Dame has? Never. They are two different men. However you can learn something from them both. Dame is direct. That is what most people need. Jay is like a silent assassin, kinda like hey ima show you this one time and if you don’t catch it that’s on you. We need more Dames in the black community. Whether you agree or not.

Most people that talk about Dame says how smart he is, but they also say he's arrogant and an asshole. Take the boss talk thing he always uses. Nobody can be a boss without employees, but Dame makes it seem like a bad thing to be a worker because they're not on his level. There are more worker's than bosses. In my opinion real bosses never have to say I'm a boss the move like a boss, no matter what, good or bad, they can take responsibility for it and stand on it. Listen to all his explanations about some one else did this and that when it goes wrong, but stated how important he was to the success of Kevin Hart, Kanye West, Jay Z and Lee Daniels. Mad love for you Dame, I heard your message a few years ago (BClub interview) and it changed my whole outlook. I now have two companies that service the construction industry. I constantly reinvest and hardly take out money; only to sustain my livelihood. At times I feel the pressure like theirs a dead-end road, but I know it's not supposed to be an easy path. It’s essentially the same thing Gary does and for a reason. What Dame says has to be repeated honestly. There has never been anything new about the concept of the Slave mentally and ownership. The unfortunate part, is that we keep forgetting how important those things are. Consistency is important. It’s why if you speak to any successful owner they will all say the same thing maybe not word for word but they will have the same points it’s all perspective. We keep wanting new or acting as if we’re suppose to hear new things while this whole time we don’t really understand the current. Now if you understand that’s cool, yet for me though it’s not new I always appreciate it. Cause at some point it’ll click to someone who most likely still don’t get it.

Dame Dash thinks like a leader, a leader thinks about the future, a leader empowers other people, a leader is never in competition with anybody else, a leader is too busy being themselves, a leader promotes deployment and not employment......THAT IS WHY PEOPLE TRY TO SILENCE THEM...... that's boss shyt y'all clowns need to listen
