I was abused until I was 13, watched my cousin get murdered in front of me, lost all my D1 scholarships my senior year due to concussions got on drugs bought a bike and ended watching a close friend die in my hands. I have ptsd ,severe anxiety, severe depression and to top it up I got back in football.. I went to a juco in Cali , and partied instead of focusing.. I left there and came to a college close to home.. Long story short I was kicked out for drinking in my dorm from stress and mental pain . I felt like giving up for good and taking my life. But I realized we have a choice to overcome this pain. I'm deciding to reinvent myself and finish what I started and motivate people on my way to my dreams. I will be a light to someone who has felt so much pain like me. You can do it, you can be great.. God bless you

Now, I can't speak from personal experience about the struggles faced by Black artists, but I can tell you this - I've witnessed firsthand the magic they bring to the stage. It's like they have a secret ingredient that makes their performances electric, captivating, and soul-stirring. When a Black artist takes the mic, you know something special is about to happen.

@33:30 finally the real interview! I have watched interviews with both these men and I fell something was off and I couldn't put my finger on it! they needed a real connection between each other, to become more relaxed, Tom and Dame love learning and it was the exposure of new exciting information being shared that made them both relax and open up! shout out to Tom for pointing it out and shout out to Dame for being open to receive new information and being himself!

Daaaaammmmmmm, Tom Bilyeu nailed this interview, he cracked him down to open beyond being the almighty super tough force that Damon Dash is... also he gave him advice to who to follow... dam boy you are on fire!
@MrBravenwood
@MrBravenwood 5 жыл бұрын
Tania Ojeda cracked “him” down? It’s still low key shade towards dame; looks like Dame was the one giving advice; Tom merely referenced other men’s work while he got first hand referencing from the “man”. Give “him” his due.

The music industry, like any other industry, has unfortunately witnessed its fair share of setbacks and challenges for Black artists. But you know what's incredible? The resilience, creativity, and talent displayed by these artists in the face of adversity. It's like they've got an extra dose of courage and rhythm in their DNA.
