Then close off the lanes and make them bring out the bag to actually try and score. It's frustrating to hear Shaq say the solution is to give them an 'incentive' and that basically has to mean more money... They do already get paid. A lot. The idea that they can't play an all-star game without even more cash to prompt them to care, is a shame. Isn't shining among the other stars enough of an incentive? Beating those guys who are up at the sharp end with you? Going one-on-one for the fans and actually trying to show everyone who is really boss? None of that matters? Just dollars? ...I mean, half of the regular season games suck now, too. Why not give them all a million dollar incentive PER GAME all year? Or an extra million if you dunk on someone? I give up
