To appreciate his talent, close your eyes and pretend you don’t know Damian and he sounds exactly like Bob Marley. He’s the true definition of a chip of an old block

To answer the people saying thzt it's too fast, well first of all I do respect your opinions! But to get things clear, you gotta look deeper into the situation at hand; I explain, Bob's children, the ones who chose tp take the path of music atleast; each inhrrited some of Bob's qualities, you czn say that bob's spirit divided among all four of his children. If you listen to stephen for example, he's full of Love, he loves women' he loves life as much as he loves reggae and rastafari. Though musically speaking, his voice is suited to sing not rhyme. Meaning that Stephen or julian cannot rap or do " Ragga", same goes for ziggy and julian marley, they chose to go old school and print their touch through their father's legacy. Close your eyes and listen to ziggy singing, i bet you with all i hold dear you will imagine bob singing instead due to the similarities. Now as for junior gong, I personally he's the "genius" among the marleys. The others are amazing but he's a Genius for these reasons: The rebel bob was is now multiplied through Damian. And lyrically, Damian surpasses his siblings, also through his music, he is able to rap, sing reggae and do ragga in one song. If you guys have listened to Distant relatives album featuring nas, you will find that Dalian actually OUTRAPPED nas who is an all star rapper. The beat is fast in this remake of could you be loved in order to help damian Rhyme while still keeping his father's original song. And i invite you to watch his lateslt interview, he mentioned that since a kid he was into rap and wanted to rhyme rather than sing now look it him doing both and acing. He single handedly took the rastafari created a unique style that just makes the rasta movement unfuckwithable. I love all the marleys but after listening to distant relatives, Damian awed me and gave me a whole new perspective on music itself and life in the modern world as a whole. Ps: listen to is it worth it, it's a pretty deep song of his!
