Music is about tension and then resolution. Most songs do this over a number of bars but in this case it happens across the entire 7 mins. the soloing section is so chaotic that no one knows what’s going on so when it resolves back into a co-ordinated piece it makes for a SLLLAAPPPIIINNNN TUNE

God these are just maestros of their craft just showing off. Like maybe if you are not into this type of music you might not get it. But on a technical levels these guys are so fucking clean in their progression. Everything seems like like it’s always the at cusp of being pure cacophony.
