South Korea has a short history of western music because it was under military rule and cultural liberalization was delayed. Japan began importing Western music in 1868. The first Japanese jazz band was formed in 1923. Art Blakey came to Japan in 1961. beatles came to Japan in 1966, and there were a lot of Japanese rock bands in 1969. Even hiphop music started in Japan right after it was created in America. There were even Japanese DJ who hung out and work with originator Afrika Bambaataa at the time. In this way, Japan has passed through all musical paths. That's why there are more people playing musical instruments and composing lyrics than in Korea. In Japan, all music genres exist and there are fans of all music genres.
The best vibe that has ever been vibed to. Everyone. The band, the crowd, you, me, and everyone decades in between, and forevermore.

Well persona always have this kind of jazzy feeling despite some of their songs not jazz. Make sense if the composer idolized these bands back in the day. Casiopea and T-square were 2 of the most popular jazz fusion band back then.

@munmunyee3 жыл бұрын
@@jshan5261 Honda and Andoh (guitar) had a disagreement about the creative vision of the band going forward after the turn of the millennium. It can be argued that they split into two groups, namely (new) T-Square and Voice of Elements, led by Honda. VoE features Noritake (drums) and Sutoh (bass), both of whom are still loosely associated with T-Square.
@r.p.channel30213 жыл бұрын
@@munmunyee It’s not Honda’s fault. It’s the producer’s fault. Both Honda and Andoh are wanting a co-starring performance, but Mikio Aoki(T-SQUARE’s producer)keeps refusing it. It is sad that many international fans are thinking that the relationship between Honda and Ando is in an awkward situation, due to the lack of english information.(:/
