I can't eat BBQ or seafood without a vegetable with vinegar. Coleslaw, greens, pickles etc. As the youngest of 8 grown up on the farm, I too struggle in small batches😂. Having made a version of this, will definitely be trying your recipe! Happy new year 🎉

After you let onions sit in fridge overnight do you still keep them in the liquid or drain the liquid?
