Hello great video! What do you recommend for a 3 bed terraced flat roof house? Had some mould issues as the tenant blocked up the bathroom extractor fan for a year!! and never opened windows so I am thinking should I invest for the next tenant? Thank you 😁

Have a competent qualified damp & ventilation surveyor like me if you have one close do a report and sort everything out before you next tenant then raise the rent accordingly

To be fair Lynn it’s a block of flats Rick owns and he’s a really good landlord keeps them spotless

If the unit brings in air at 10deg and the room is 20deg it’s going to make the room cold.

No because it’s mounted in the stairwell and blows air gently across the ceiling so it mixes with the ambient inside air, fitted correctly the difference is negligible
