This is like an extra cool Boards of Canada. I just wish I could hear that clarinet (?) at 0:53 a bit more often. It's such a good contrast to the keyboard and the rest of the song.

depends on which mpc you wanna get, and they're pretty expensive and somewhat complicated to use. all mpcs will make hip hop perfection. maybe try out an mpd before the mpcs, good luck :)
