Exceptional interview. I’m a small homestead who saw the truth through the lies that we’ve been told for years. I’ve completely changed my life and the direction of my farm. Keep up the work you do! Many thanks.

I am so inspired to hear of the work Dan Barber has been focused on. I am a newbie, hearing of Dan's work. Yet I have been seeking a kindred soul, to learn from, who has approached his work in the same way that I have been growing. I am surprisingly shocked and excitedly waiting for his book "The Third Plate". I can't wait.

This was a great discussion. It has opened by eyes to important issues and connections that I did not know existed.

question: Imaginee a 115 yead old Country Club Golf Course closed down and later became a garden growing products for the public. A few short years later the garden received at Certified Organic status. Is it possible for golf course that has used the most deadly "cides" for over 100 years, can they then convert to Certified Organic garden. The residual contaminates are deep in the soil. I heard it could not be sold for redevelopment without first being deemed a Super fund Clean UP site due to the contaminates in the soil. Is it possible to grow veg on such a site without risks?
