Just started another journey for myself just last week to try and slim down. Every night for the last 2 weeks, I've been doing crunches/sit ups, started at 10 then quick rest then 10 more till I got to 50 for the night, now at doing 30 then rest then 30 more till I get to 120 for the night. Using your livestreams to listen to while doing crunches.

Just a friendly tip if you want to lose weight. Not sure how much overweight you are, but for all you: forget about crunches, push ups etc… won’t do a thing for weight loss. Just spend the time doing that on just plain simple walking outside. 60min walk is 20x more efficient than doing crunches etc. Fitness by itself will hardly burn any calories. Even for elite bodybuilders …

If you wanna lose weight and aren't diabetic, the 8/16 diet (intermittent fasting) is highly effective.

@@ianrjm969 I'll look into it. I'm definitely not looking for abs, just trying to slim alittle. It DEFINITELY hurt alittle in the beginning, but I'm finally getting used to it now.

@@theloneone381 right and of course have a cheat day (or whole weekend to start) once a week. Eat what you want then, but the other 6 days, no fried or sugary crap.

I use the ZERO fasting app. Just start with 16 hr fasts and go from there. I’ve grown to love fasting
