Question. How did you get exact lengths of these drives? 500 feet seems very far even though Dan is throwing bullets.

@staplesrhappy1 No, no it isn't accurate within 7 feet. It might claim to be, but it isn't. Probably accurate enough though.

How did you get the distance for your throws alot of them seemed really high in the air and looked like they were anhizering to the left pretty good.

Long arms might help individuals throw disc a long way, but it is not the major factor in distance. By far the largest throws I've ever seen have come out of the hands of Ken Jarvis, who is 5'6" tall, and weighs less than 150 lbs. Another extremely long thrower: my old buddy, ex-world champ (1987) Peter Bowie, who is so light he's blow away in a breeze. Both these guys develop the most massive arm speed you could ever hope to see. I watched Ken throw well over 250 metres in practice!

I think we would learn more if you had put the camera on the ground, and shoot from a worm's eye perspective.
