These are the facts, as a law enforcement officer, unless you are putting someone's life in danger unnecessarily, it could be considered a violation. but the agents who were dealing with this traitor, or traitors, you don't know how they are going to come at you during an arrest. And for them to call themselves protecting the rights of individuals who have possibly passed secrets of our nation to other foreign adversaries - all I can say is they were out of line to second guess the orders that were given to them. What they should have done is executed the plan of arrest and if things went right, no one got hurt, or killed, then they should have kept their mouths shut. But it is funny, you never heard anything about the rights of people who were gunned down by rogue police officers. Sensible Americans need to get jobs in the city councils, commissioners office, zoning boards, precincts,courts, urban planning, election polls, legislators and federal govt agencies. The jobs pay well and can help make change
