Would love to see some advanced techniques with some of the powerlifters!

To lift this amount of weight on a close grip bench, you should have a triceps of steel. Very impressive!!

lol hes doing close to 225 ( maybe 200?) pound tricep extensions, for reps, that is RIDICULOUS, with full rom , controlled tempo etc.
@JoshThomas8806 жыл бұрын
205 most likely, but then again I think there’s tens on each side so it might be 225.

The easy curl bars are usually 20lbs a piece so that's 220 lbs in total

TraumaER i get that ronnie competed a handful of times in meets. ronnie is known for winning 8 mr olympias as a bodybuilder, not the handful of meets he did winning 0 world titles or having 0 world records ever held in his career.

Most power lifters don't also look like bodybuilders so that's why I was shocked to see him looking this big. I know Dan has always had a great physic. He just looks a lot fuller to me.

Why side raises as a powerlifter?
@yuriboyka99277 жыл бұрын
I don't remember where, but I think I heard him say that he swears by lateral raises, to raise his OHP, to raise his BP. I do both side and bent over raises to keep all three heads strong and healthy and my shoulders balanced.
