I love seeing people discover Dan Bull, because I think he's one of the most underrated artists on KZbin. Don't worry about not knowing anything about the games, sometimes Dan doesn't either. If you want to react to more of his stuff but stay in the historical vein, I'd recommend his Far Cry: Primal Rap, Humankind Epic Rap, or A Good World Spoiled. If you want just good music from him I'd recommend The Ballad Of Bob The Snow Golum, A World Reborn, I Really Like Dicks, or An Imposter Calls. That last one is with The Stupendium, someone else I think you'd really like. For them I'd recommend Shine Through, Vending Machine Of Love, Rest Employed, or my favorite Christmas song ever in Lights On A Truck (2020 Remake). The best part about reacting to either of them is that they very much encourage reactions to their work, and you shouldn't ever run into a claim with them as long as you credit properly. Love the reactions!

If you loved this I think you'll love his FALLOUT 4 SPECIAL RAP, the alliteration he uses for each letter is so incredibly clever and it's a fun watch too. You don't even need to know a thing about Fallout to enjoy it too!

110% yes to the fallout special rap. Probably one of if not my absolute favorite one. The alliteration is on another level lol

If you like Dan Bull I would HIGHLY recommend checking out someone he often collabs with: The Stupendium! All of their songs & videos are extremely well-produced and funny :) Although they’re all based on video games, even without context they’re super enjoyable. Some of my personal favorites by them are The Fine Print, Rest Employed & Room for Improvement. But his two most recent songs, Ad Infinitum & The Toybox, are AMAZING as well! Love your content btw

One Song that really shows his technical skill in creating amazing lyrics is "Far Cry Primal Rap"
@Volyren2 жыл бұрын
I'll give 2 Dan Bull suggestions, one popular, one lesser known, but amazing. Both should rake in views, and aren't too long. For the popular, Far Cry Primal rap. If you liked the civ rap, you'll love this one. Hope no one spoils the literal lyrical magic trick he pulls in this. For the lesser known, which will hit you hard in the feels, Metro Last Light.

Love Dan's vocal style. Haven't seen much by him but he was Jack the Ripper on Epic Rap Battles of History would certain recommend that series as one to check out to react to if you haven't seen it. The Jack the Ripper vs Hannibal Lector is pretty good, but there are definitely better ones in that series (Gordon Ramsey vs Julia Child is probably my favorite but there are many very good ones).
@Cheesepuff82 жыл бұрын
Dan bull has some raps that are vastly much better than his ERB ones, and I’d argue any ERB ones

Hey Alice! Happy you enjoyed Dan's music. And yeah, no mispronouncing this name, a little memento of some Nickelodeon show, for those who watched it :D I absolutely love Dan's style, other than being really good musically, he is just an amazing lyricist. As other's mentioned, there are a couple of his songs that are simply mind blowing, whether you know the subject material or not. Fallout 4 S.P.E.C.I.A.L. and the Crew raps come to mind, that you can listen to and be blown away without every having any contact with the games themselves. And Broccoli Bars are just a lot of fun. Dan is amazing for us geeks, so it's always nice to see more people checking out his stuff. Anyway, have a nice day, see you on your next reaction vid.

Absolutely fantastic video Alice I'm so sorry it took me till now to watch it I'll be off to Scotland soon so been preparing for my trip, but found time to enjoy that unique perspective and addictive energy you provide. Good call on Dan Bull he really is phenomenal at distilling complex games, formats, and developments in such brilliant words. If you enjoy the rap genre and want some more alternative history I highly, highly recommend Epic Rap Battles of History. Their channel I believe is just ERB, but oh its so much fun just watching historical figures lash out at each other through musical bars quite an absolute delight. Regardless on what comes next even if I get to it kinda late I can't wait for the next video. Thank you for taking the time out of your week to provide us great content as always.

Dan Bull has a way with words, and it feels like you have to pay attention constantly, or you'll miss something. But that's what makes them great! If you want to do more Dan Bull then the far cry primal is kinda similar to the civilization one. Or if you want to see how he can bend the english language to his will then The Crew rap is awesome.. even if you don't care about the game at all.

Dan Bull is a lyrical genius and while I don't always mesh with his topics - specifically his more lighthearted raps, while his wordplay is still on point it just doesn't hit the same - but when he raps seriously he's truly brilliant.

Well, I mean. There will always be a hierarchy. Its natural, we humans seek structure. We gravitate towards leadership. The problem isn't hierarchies. . . Its the people in them. The best forms of leadership are when leaders lead from the front, when they've climbed the ranks and thus shared the struggle.

Love this song, sad to see where gaming has gone during all this time though v.v A world of micro transactions and milking the consumer for all their worth. A world in which a WoW mount earned more money then the whole of Starcraft 2: wings of liberty. (Not an exaggeration) Support indie developers people! They're the last line of true creativity. 💜

About correlation between violent people and violent videogames.. there is correlation.. People who play violent video games are statistically more violent.. but what (common) people miss is like the windmill analogy.. most active windmills are in windy places.. Its been studied and proven, violent people are drawn toward violent video games, but violent video games does not cause violence.. similarly windmills are placed on windy places but do not cause wind. Even tho the studies were originally done in 90s and proven to be accurate in 2010s myth still persists like vaccine and autism..
