Do the Lions need a new sound guy? I would move back home to Detroit in a heartbeat and make sure the audio is on point. Shoot, i'm here right now. I was at the game yesterday. Resume - I've been working in studio & live event audio engineering for 10 years, I dropped out of college so no degree but I do love football and the Lions so that should make up for it. What I love about Lions HC Dan Campbell is the individual relationship he has with his players. He could literally go on about ANY player. I believe only Steelers HC Mike Tomlin is even close in that regard. Campbell is THE BEST right now.

I don't think it's close. Mike T is known as a player's coach, but from what i've seen from MCDC he's on a different level than any HC i've seen.

I get it. Coach T's GM hasn't brought in so many guys who were tough finds, like Brad has done for DC. I think the difference is the unlikely talent Brad has brought in for DC to coach to their potential.... Tomlin had to deal with Pickett and Trubisky for God sake, and still made the playoffs

Starting to think Iffy won't be a Lion next year :/ We have so many rookie contracts to sign & most of our offensive line is close to retirement. He just can't get back out there in time to prove himself worthy of a new deal. Dan seems a bit torn up talking about his status, too. We can get more depth at safety through the draft & cheaper free agents. If I'm right, i really hope he makes it work on a new team - He was awesome last year and when he's healthy.. he's obv talented enough to earn a starting job somewhere else. Good luck either way Iffy 💙

what kind of room mics are being used in the press room? if boom mics aren't being used, i would recommend trying that. i'm assuming omnidirectional mics are being used for the press questions, which would make sense to cause a lot of feedback into the PA system. if boom mics ARE being used to mic the press, maybe better placement?
