This was an ongoing group operation that knowingly hurt alot of guys & even ended young carerers! there had to be a lawyer somewhere in the process who stood up and said, you don't give everyone immunity, you give a couple low guys to flip on the big guys and big guys go down. You don't go after the mob, and then give them all immunity just so we know what exactly happens. There had to be a lawyer along the way that said giving them all immunity will look like you are covering this up.
