The VA is so unevenly administered. Fave places have better funding. And VA medical is underfunded all the time! Pentagon misc and can't account for funds are far and away excede the needs of the VA AND SS! ACCOUNTABILITY AT THE PENTAGON IS NOM EXISTENT FOR DECADES! I worked procurement when i was in the navy. No bid contracts since D. Cheney has been too ineffective & inefficient for the military and excellent for contractors!!
