The thing people like to forget with the whole Tsunade/Jiraiya/Dan thing is that she lost her whole family, her brother. Her lover died on her arms and she closed her heart. It was not a thing of choice. She was damaged, while could heal the others, she sadly couldn’t heal herself. Jiraiya accepted and honored her, that’s why he never really seriously tried to hint on her. She knew that and was thankful that a person she loves as a friend can stay with her that way. She couldn’t lost him yet she did and you can see that after his death she is all alone. She has Naruto, Shizune and Sakura and the whole village, but Dan remained her only love to the point she wanted to fulfill HIS wishes to pay him back for the love and for her not being able to save him in the end

You can love more than one person during your life, but this concept is too wild for Kishimoto. When he was asked, why Sakura ended up with Sasuke, instead of Naruto, he answered, that it wouldn't be fair and loyal of her if she chose Naruto. On the other hand, Tsunade is a broken person. She's experienced such loss and trauma and she's afraid to open her heart and get hurt again. Even if she loves Jiraya (I believe that she does), she won't let him love her.

Ok after my realization I think she didn't grow old because it was instantaneous and before really running outta chakra dan inhibited her body so her body never registered it as no chakra thing and jutsu wasn't undone Also it was seconds there I don't think that's how much is necessary for jutsu to dispel For her inner mind she looking young well that's because it's mental state they see each other as they remember, just like obito saw rin as child and himself not like he down age or something

Okay where do I begin with this comment section First of all. NO. Tsunade shouldn't be with Jiraiya just like how sakura isn't with naruto. It's just not right I love Jiriya he is the most amazing teacher but he shouldn't be with Tsunade. Second of all. Dan is not the father of Minato. Dan does not have the namikaze bloodline in him and Tsunade doesn't either. If Minato was the child of Dan and Tsunade he shouldn't have yellow hair, he shouldn't have Namikaze as his surname and the age/timeline just doesn't add up so it is quite impossible. Third and last. I do agree that Jiriya should've had his moment with Tsunade as a spirit and I do agree I would have rather seen Jiriya as the spirit than Dan but Tsunade should have seen her boyfriend so I understand it.
