For each barrel you have, it's like having another gun, so cool that Dan Wesson made these.

They do have their disadvantages. Every time you change the barrel it changes your point of aim. Not a lot, but enough to notice. The barrel and forcing cone are pretty light, and not really supported tightly by the barrel shroud for the full length of the barrel. You only have heavy support for that thin barrel at the frame and at the muzzle. Good enough, but not as strong as you would find on a similar size S&W or Colt/

Wish they made all guns that easy to change the barrel. Sweet revolver!

When I was a young whipper, I so wanted a 15-2 4 barrel set, but couldn't afford it. Then later on when I had the dough, they quit making the darn thing!

You can still buy used Dan Wesson revolvers at a reasonable price, but the barrel assemblies are getting very expensive.

Thanks for the very informative video. I've spent a good many years wondering what the barrel change process was.

Cool video! Thank you for doing this one. If I see one for sale and I have the cash I will get one. I enjoy my S&W 14-3 with 8&3/8" barrel. It to is heavy front ended.

They never really caught on that well. They were made for many years, but not in large numbers.

Try a korth

The Korth is excellent. But I don`t think they are worth the price tag.
