I wonder when we might see the addition of Norway, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Hungary and Bulgaria. I understand the next major expansion is Southag, which brings some of the remaining major NATO countries into the fight, it is all certainly promising for the future of WARNO. I don't think WARNO could ever top the amount of nations in WG:RD, probably never will as it's not in the scope for the scenario it's set in.

The scenario should not be limiting. As we can see with the current war in Ukraine, conflict can arise elsewhere (Syria) and belligerents can easily be written in (North Korea). I think Eugen is rolling this out right.

Im thinking of getting Warno, i´ve always been a huge fan of Wargame but im uneasy of getting Warno for fear of being not as good because its so diferent. What dos everyone think ??

I would say wait and see if they un-f*ck many of the incredibly annoying game designs. I literally just had a game where my tank is getting fired at by an ATGM carrier, and the dedicated scout in front of my tank can’t spot the one firing even with the 4th missile flies out from the exact same location. And when I flew a scout helicopter over its head to spot it and ordered a fresh tank to attack it, my tank starts aiming, saw the ATGM spin around to open fire, cancels the 90% aimed shot on its own, launched smoke on its own, and proceeds to back out ass first into the open and got itself killed because they don’t take orders when doing these crap. The AI is a ___ , the air/AA battle is almost completely RNG but will decide the outcome of the match, and the “scouts” are blinder than my myopia ass squinting with moderate effort.

I came to warno from red dragon, airland battle and the original. Imo it feels different but better. Kills as more satisfying, theres more depth. It feels a little slower, more like the originals imo. It's really worth a go, I think it's an improvement for the casual player in basically every way that matters and it's just gorgeous visually.

Just noticing that the GAZ- ZAOP shouldn't be able to be used/shot at, as it has an official zivil defense emblem on it's front. Godda love the developers encouraging warcrimes... Great video anyway
