so why exactly does Dana require someone to beat Izzy twice before actually getting their own title reign? Izzy was beaten fair and square. Almost stopped in round 1 and then dominated for the rest of the fight on every judge and media members scorecards. There was no freak injury, no flash knockout, no controversy at all. There's ZERO reason to give Izzy a rematch other than Dana wants him to be champion over Sean. Izzy is 2-1 in his last 3. His title reign is over.
