They pay good and fair even boxing promoters praise and respect him like Hearn, Ellerbe and Warren. Health damage? Yeah statics shows lately its been the boxing world who gets the most. Not MMA. UFC has good staff and system.

@@eric.4301 monopsony power, the promoter, the buyer, exploits the seller, the fighter, due to lack of competition, namely the fighter can't jump ship, like they do in boxing, doesn't seem fair to me.

@JSL2000 Bob Arum had control of the sport for so long but he never built anything long lasting. the UFC is always investing in the sport while Bob Arum just wants to make as much money as possible in the short term
