Real simple solution to all the weight issues. The day you fight, your weigh in is at 8 a.m. If you start camp drop 20 lbs over 3 months, then in the last week you still need to lose 10,15,20 lbs your not fighting at your weight. Your not fighting at your weight bc your really not as good as you want everyone to think you are.
