i love what you did with the space.. but i wish the developer made the living area bigger, instead of building a full size kitchen and a spacious bathroom. i could live with half the size of this kitchen and the bath so i could get a bigger living area!

I’m the opposite. About to move into a tiny efficiency studio with something that can only barely be called a kitchen. As someone who LOVES to cook and loves to take bath, I absolutely would sacrifice living space for this gorgeous bathroom and kitchen

Are you sure this is 236 square feet?some 300 square feet studios are not this spacious. You really have alot of space, I really like the layout of the apartment.
