Absolutely. When I met him at comic con, I noticed that he never talked about himself or his work unless asked directly, and he has a full conversation with everyone (not the usual 2 minute poster sign). Immediately he started asking about my cosplay (which was dnd inspired) and we talked about dnd for ages. I told him I love his livestreams too and he was incredibly grateful and humble. Truly couldn’t of said it better, he is an absolute legend. 👍

Neil is such a lovely human and such a brilliant actor and mentor. I recently had the absolute privilege of attending one of his workshops and it was a life changing experience. I really mean it. Such a kind soul and brilliant brilliant creative and caring teacher. I really hope I get to study under him again some day or maybe even work with him :D

I haven't really gone into the BTS stuff around BG3, but each bit that I do see reminds me so much of the production team surrounding the Lord of the Rings, and how much everyone involved with that trilogy were so invested in telling the story in the best way that they could, even if some bits were imperfect.

dialogues and emotional capacity serve weight and gravity for the amount of their lines coming from a dynamic narrative and considered immersive sim of a game. their work is as close to a marathon when it comes to that scale. thanks DAN!

Neil himself actually DID win Best Actor at the Game Awards a few weeks ago! (As dubious an awards show that has become...) but yeah, all the others need their recognition too!
