tf happended to 1337 was it incomplete from repaint?

No, it was fully repainted back in 2018. A few weeks ago, that repainted part (white) was replaced by an non-repainted part (black). 1687 was like that before it retired

I think I saw another repainted OG HEV on Keele St. as I was passing on the 401
